About The Role

Join CACEIS, a leading player in the fund services industry, as the Global Head of Fund Services. In this role, you will define and drive the global strategy for the Fund Services Business Unit, ensuring alignment with CACEIS Group strategy. You will lead organizational changes, act as a visible sponsor of change and innovation, and ensure the availability and evolution of human resources and skills. Additionally, you will directly manage senior managers and large, complex, multicultural teams, and define and adapt the BU organization, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale pour l'unité d'affaires des services aux fonds, en alignement avec la stratégie du groupe CACEIS.
  • Steering the overall performance of the business unit, including business, financials, quality of service, client satisfaction, and risks.
  • Directly manage several senior managers and large, complex, multicultural and multi-country teams, ensuring alignment between resources and business stakes.

  • **Technical & Functional Skills**
  • Strategic leadership: ability to build, communicate and deploy a long‑term, inspiring vision aligned with Group strategy.
  • Mastery of project and program management (expected level 5), including the ability to manage complex portfolios in crisis or high‑priority contexts.
  • Solid understanding of markets, trends and regulatory issues linked to fund services.
  • Strong budget management and resource optimization capabilities.
