Implementation Consultant

Join our team as an Implementation Consultant, where you'll play a key role in scaling our platform and delivering value to customers from day one. You'll be responsible for supporting the pre-sales process, onboarding and implementation, and driving continuous customer value. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a customer-obsessed solutions team tackling procurement challenges.

• Advising and supporting the implementation of Levelpath to customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Building deep, lasting relationships with existing and future customers, identifying champions, and driving new solution offerings.
• Collaborating with customers to determine their success metrics and translating their feedback into actionable product feedback.
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for some travel - when the time comes to visit your customers!
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across product and engineering
• Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
• Stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes
• Effective collaboration and self-starter mindset
• BA or BS
• Comfort in managing multiple workstreams
