QU
Revenue Enablement Manager
Quinyx · London, United Kingdom
About The Role
Join our team as a Revenue Enablement Manager, where you'll be responsible for enhancing the performance of our revenue team, including Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support. You'll have the autonomy to set your own agenda, build systems that outlast individuals, and ensure AI tools are integrated into daily workflows. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and offers flexible hours, hybrid working, and various benefits.
- Own and continuously improve Revenue team onboarding across all roles, with structured 30/60/90 tracks and certification sign-off that verifies readiness.
- Assess AI tool adoption across the GTM team from the ground up: identify what’s working, what isn’t, and build a plan to close the gaps.
- Build and maintain the full enablement framework spanning the bow-tie: BDR → Sales → Implementation → Customer Success → Support.
- A track record of building and delivering enablement programmes with measurable outcomes: ramp time improved, adoption rates increased, not just sessions delivered
- Proven ability to operate in a B2B SaaS environment and understand how pipeline, quota, retention and expansion actually work
- Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms (Jiminny or equivalent) is a strong plus
- Strong facilitation skills with evidence of running high-stakes sessions: SKOs, QBRs, or leadership offsites, where you shaped the agenda and drove the room
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS and Product Marketing, and the credibility and confidence to challenge those stakeholders when needed, even when the room pushes back
- Hands-on experience driving AI tool adoption in a GTM team: not just awareness of what tools do, but getting people to actually use them
- You’re data-driven enough to prioritise ruthlessly, and credible enough that Sales and CS leadership pull you in rather than the other way around
- You find it uncomfortable to wait to be told what to fix
- You read the business, spot what’s broken, and act
- You build things that outlast you
