Senior Associate of Financial Services

Join Vestwell, a mission-driven financial services company, as an Employer Services Senior Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and assist with a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, critical thinking skills, and experience in the retirement or financial services industry.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure the timeliness of all proactive and reactive communications
• Minimum of 2 years working within a Services roles in the Retirement or Financial Services industry
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Retirement industry experience
