About The Role
Join Vestwell, a rapidly growing fintech company, as a Senior Implementations Onboarding Associate. In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide subject matter expertise on plan design and training. You will be the primary internal client advocate, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring the team meets expected service level agreements. - Coordination and management of the onboarding process for new plans, ensuring successful transition to the platform.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and provide subject matter expertise on plan design.
- Acting as the primary internal client advocate, representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts throughout the onboarding process.
- While we're not looking for deep expertise, prior experience in client servicing, plan administration and non-discrimination testing, plan design, and/or end-to-end conversion processing for 401(k)/403(b) plans is helpfu

- Demonstrated aptitude for learning, creating, and iterating rapidly
- Professional experience using and optimizing internal technical operational tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Asana, Google Workspace), and helping others develop and employ best practices -- bonus points for deployment/build experience
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end; you're flexible, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and can effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and plan conversion processes from point of sales to release of conversion data
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, and experience with one or more compliance / recordkeeping systems (e.g. SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS)
- PMP or similar project management certifications
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential
