Accountant Specialist

Join our team as an Accounting Specialist, where you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting for our French entities. You will lead month-end and year-end close processes, manage general ledger activities, and oversee statutory reporting in line with French GAAP and group IFRS/US GAAP requirements. You will collaborate closely with international finance teams, external accounting partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, support tax and VAT filings, and continuously improve accounting processes and systems.

• Assurer la comptabilité de bout en bout pour les entités françaises, y compris la maintenance du grand livre, les écritures comptables et les rapprochements de comptes.
• Diriger le processus de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle, en veillant à ce que les rapports financiers soient précis et conformes aux normes comptables françaises.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes financières internationales, les partenaires comptables externes et les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles pour garantir la conformité.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable working across time zones with a global team
• Fluent French speaker (native or near-native); professional-level English required for communication with international teams and leadership
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of French statutory and tax compliance requirements
• Solid experience with general ledger management and month-end close in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; DCG/DSCG qualification or equivalent is a plus
• Background in international companies or professional services firms (audit, consulting, or outsourced accounting) highly desirable
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to French entities and French GAAP
