Solutions Architect (Integrations)

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.
• Manage end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into solutions, and providing end-to-end support during the onboarding process.
• Analyze clients' requirements from both technical and functional perspectives, designing solutions that leverage Sardine's technology.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
