Software Engineer, Backend (Safety)

Join amo, a social app company focused on bringing friends together. As a Software Engineer on the User Safety team, you'll design and build internal systems to protect users, support data collection, and ensure compliance with global regulations. You'll work directly with the User Safety lead to create the infrastructure that keeps the community safe.

• Design and build highly-scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platforms and tools, including data tracking pipelines.
• Develop systems to enhance data collection, compliance, and safety processes, and create APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Understand product objectives to develop user-friendly platforms that align with operational needs, ensuring safety services have zero downtime.
