Azure Data Engineer

Join NTT Data, a global leader in business and technology services. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will support customers in Big Data projects, working closely with business analysts and solution architects. You will be responsible for data acquisition, transformations, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a cloud native environment, knowledge of Big Data architectures, and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python.

• Support customers in Big Data projects, working in partnership with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives.
• Deliver data acquisition, transformations and improvement, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes in order to be consumed by analytics and machine learning models.
• Build and deliver proofs-of-concept, in order to address specific business needs, using the most appropriate techniques, data sources and technologies.
