As a Client Delivery Manager for the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, monitor performance metrics, and represent NTT in governance meetings. A degree in IT, Business, or a related field, along with fluency in French and English, and NATO clearance or eligibility to obtain is mandatory.
