Contact Centre Systems Architect

Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As a Contact Centre Systems Architect, you will be responsible for installation, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management in complex environments. You will interact with clients, escalate unresolved issues, delegate tasks, and coordinate the activities of engineers. You will also write reports, assist with documentation, and serve on the customer service desk as needed. This is a hybrid working position.

• Interacting with clients to meet complex requirements of a solution and escalating unresolved problems.
• Coordinating the activities of engineers and technicians, leading by example and monitoring the quality of their work.
• Assuming responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the engineers, in line with performance targets.
