As a Junior Legal Advisor, you will provide legal support on engagements of moderate complexity and assist with the analysis of legal documents. Providing standard legal support to business and/or operations, and offering basic legal advice and support to management and colleagues on vanilla engagements and transactions.
Supporting the team with the implementation of policies and the dissemination of regulatory information within the assigned operating unit.
Preparing regular reports on the status of legal issues being dealt with based on detailed instructions and templates, and performing such legal work as may be assigned by Senior Legal Advisor/Management.
