Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As an L3 Zscaler Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our clients' cloud security and secure access transformation. You will be responsible for resolving high-impact incidents, conducting root cause analysis, designing complex changes, and mentoring junior engineers. This is a senior technical role that requires proven expertise in Zscaler and complementary technologies.

Act as the senior technical authority for Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), owning resolution of high-impact incidents and deep-dive troubleshooting.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes across the secure web gateway, zero trust access, and digital experience monitoring stack.
Design and execute complex changes, migrations, and upgrades — including policy, traffic forwarding (GRE, IPsec, PAC, Client Connector), and SSL inspection — with minimal disruption.
