Quality Engineering Director

As the Quality Engineering Director, you will lead the growth and delivery of strategic Quality Engineering engagements across the Dutch, Belgian, and French markets. You will be accountable for business development, P&L performance, service delivery excellence, and long-term client success. This senior leadership role involves overseeing large-scale Quality Engineering managed services and AI-driven transformation programs, defining the delivery strategy, and driving continuous improvement.

• Drive business growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France by identifying, qualifying, and developing strategic opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Define and lead the global delivery strategy for large-scale Quality Engineering managed services, ensuring contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, quality objectives, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Own the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, delivery margins, forecasting, resource optimization, and sustainable business growth.
