About The Role

Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile practices, support scrum teams, and drive effective delivery processes. You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach and a strong background in financial services/banking.

Facilitate the planning of work for scrum teams, ensuring effective planning and utilization of team capacity.
Keep the Agile Delivery Squad(s) focused on sprint plans and support regular reviews, improving transparency and communication.
Collaborate with Delivery lead, product owners, and Design/technical leads to enable an effective delivery process, maximizing the effectiveness of release and iteration planning.
