Senior Change & Training Consultant

As a Senior Change and Training Consultant, you will lead and manage change activities across IT-led transformation programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement and support. You will develop and execute change strategies, training plans, and communication materials, while also measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of these initiatives. • Lead and manage change activities across IT-led transformation programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement and support.
• Develop and execute change and training plans, conduct change impact assessments, and track learning activities against the plan.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of change and training activities with project objectives, and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.
