Videoconferencing Engineer L2 (m/f/d)

As a Videoconferencing Engineer L2, you will design, implement, and support videoconferencing solutions using Cisco and Microsoft Teams platforms. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage user provisioning, monitor system performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. A degree in IT or Networking and 3+ years of experience in videoconferencing engineering or unified communications support are required.

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco and Microsoft Teams videoconferencing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video endpoints, conferencing bridges, and integrations.
