Manufacturing Technical Project Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technical Project Manager specializing in Lidar assembly and PCBA fabrication. In this crucial role, you will coordinate with the test engineering team and contract manufacturers to ensure the production lines for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production meet product quality, delivery, cost, and reliability standards. Your expertise in various manufacturing processes and systems will be vital in driving our manufacturing processes towards excellence.

• Coordination with test engineering team and contract manufacturers to ensure production lines meet quality, delivery, cost, and reliability standards.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives, and to develop equipment and processes that meet product design specifications.
• Management of Bill of Materials (BOM) for production ramp and mass production, and driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) processes.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing / technical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Prior experience with TeamCenter, Jira, and Confluence
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using statistical techniques and software tools such as JMP
• Experience with Engineering Change Orders and Product LifeCycle management
• SolidWorks experience
• Prior experience with LiDAR systems
