Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you will act as the General Manager of your product pod, driving product strategy, delivery, and cross-functional execution. You will have a significant impact on the success of nonprofit and political organizations globally.

### What Sets You Apart

• Product Management/Leadership experience, founder experience, or a combination of both.
• Hands-on **Product Builder**, comfortable moving between strategy, discovery, execution, and iteration.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and an outcome-oriented mindset focused on business impact rather than feature delivery.
• Proven ability to make high-quality decisions in ambiguous environments and create clarity without waiting for perfect information.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and align teams around shared outcomes.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and modern product tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, validation, and execution.
• Professional fluency in English. French is a plus but not required.
