About The Role
Join UTA as a Principal Product Manager, where you will drive innovation in the entertainment industry. In this role, you will define and scale platforms that unlock new creative opportunities for influential talent in film, television, and literature. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with senior leadership, and guide UX/UI teams. This position requires a strong background in product management, technical aptitude, and experience in the entertainment or media industry.

- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management and collaboration tools
- Proven track record leading large‑scale data cleanup and migration initiatives
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and technologies used in day‑to‑day operations
- Strong command of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience guiding teams through agile planning and execution
- Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with a history of using data and insights to inform product direction and prioritization
- Deep experience working with data models, APIs, and integration patterns, with a demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering on technical design and trade‑off decisions
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including primary ownership of complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, effectively translating vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated success driving high‑impact initiatives in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations, including leading teams through ambiguity and change
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Experience in the entertainment, media, or adjacent industries, with a nuanced understanding of customer and stakeholder pain points
