Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Join UTA, a leading global entertainment company, as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting. In this role, you will assist the Corporate Technical Accounting Group (CTAG) with all financial reporting deliverables and technical matters. You will support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, quarterly covenant calculations, and annual financial statements. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining UTA's technical accounting policies and procedures, research technical accounting questions, and support the external audit process. • Assister l'équipe de Corporate Technical Accounting Group (CTAG) dans toutes les questions financières et techniques.
• Préparer les états financiers consolidés mensuels, les calculs et les rapports de covenants trimestriels, et les états financiers annuels.
• Maintenir les politiques et procédures comptables techniques de l'UTA, rechercher et examiner les questions comptables techniques.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and the ability to research technical accounting issues
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Senior level with a strong track record of technical accounting and research experience
• 3+ years of complex technical accounting experience; including at least 1+ year from a Big 4 public accounting firm
• CPA license is strongly preferred; candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will also be considered
• Ability to communicate highly technical subjects to others with varying levels of accounting knowledge
• Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
