Talent Acquisition Associate

Join UTA as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where you will support recruiting operations, identify and surface candidates for specialized roles, and help define search strategies. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, coordinate interviews, build targeted lists of companies and candidates, and track recruiting goals and metrics. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.

• Support recruiting operations by preparing and distributing key reports, documenting process maps, and administering the ATS.
• Identify and surface candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, creating a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Strong AI prompting skills, with the ability to use AI tools to support sourcing, research, and recruiting efficiency
• 2+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience maintaining data accuracy within an ATS; experience with Ashby preferred as UTA implements the platform
• Experience sourcing for executive-level and corporate functions preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Direct experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social platforms, and AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with team members across departments
