Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Enterprise)

Join our team as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for building a growth engine from scratch in a fast-paced market. You will own the system that brings our ideal customers into the funnel and moves them to pipeline and revenue. This is not a traditional growth or demand generation role, and you will have the opportunity to use AI to accelerate experimentation, targeting, and insight generation.

• Understand long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and account-based or enterprise motions
• Have been a founder yourself
• Want to own outcomes, not just contribute to them
• Have used AI to drive real marketing outcomes, not just content creation
• Have worked in a startup or growth-stage company
• Are analytical, curious, and opinionated
• Have experience owning pipeline or growth outcomes and can point to specific examples of what you have built and scaled
• Think in systems and sequences, not isolated channels
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and building from first principles
• Have worked in B2B growth, demand generation, or enterprise marketing environments
• Like working across teams and influencing how things get done
