Deployment Operations Manager

You'll work at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, translating real-world government processes into workflows, forms, and automations. As one of the earliest members of the deployment function, you'll help build systems and playbooks for faster, more consistent, and scalable implementations. • Construire et configurer des flux de travail clients à l'intérieur de GovWell en créant des formulaires numériques, des automatisations et une logique de processus qui reflètent les opérations gouvernementales réelles.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de réussite client pour soutenir les mises en œuvre, en traduisant les exigences définies en configurations précises et évolutives au sein du produit.
