Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our global team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this detail-oriented role, you will take full ownership of assigned supplier activity, including processing invoices, conducting systematic matches, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. You will also assist with month-end close and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with full cycle A/P, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Prendre en charge l'ensemble des activités des fournisseurs assignés, y compris les vérifications des nouveaux fournisseurs, la saisie des données, le rapprochement à trois voies et le paiement des factures.
• Traiter les factures des fournisseurs, en veillant à respecter les politiques et procédures établies en matière d'approbation des achats et de paiement.
• Collaborer avec les départements de l'entreprise pour faciliter l'enquête et la résolution des problèmes liés aux comptes fournisseurs.
• A positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask is a key for success
• Experience with Netsuite or other large ERP system preferred
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required; intermediate to advanced skills ideal
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience with full cycle A/P
• Strong analytical, organizational, mathematic skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to create, update, and maintain schedules preferred
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner by prioritizing tasks
