Principal DevOps Engineer

Join our fast-growing company as a Principal DevOps Engineer. You will play a key role in planning, designing, building, and testing our next-generation cloud platform. Your responsibilities will include infrastructure automation, observability and reliability, software delivery pipelines, infrastructure operations and governance, cloud security and compliance, application security, and architectural roadmap and vision. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology stack and drive cross-functional improvements.

• Plan, design, build, and test features of the next-generation cloud platform, ensuring high-quality experience for customers.
• Own infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, and design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
• Lead security-first approach, collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and implement best practices.
• Significant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, Platform or Infrastructure Engineering, with tenure in technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in the AWS cloud platform and associated security and compliance practices
• Familiarity with multiple compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across engineering, security, and finance
• Proven experience with big platform re-design, architecture of new cloud infrastructure systems based on software and business requirements
• Strong background in infrastructure automation (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling
• Experience with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech)
• Solid understanding of AppSec principles, including integrating security into build and deploy pipelines
• Experience managing hybrid environments, including traditional data centers and on-prem services
