Product Support Technician

Join our fast-growing company as a Product Support Technician. You will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, providing technical support through phone, email, and live chat. This role requires working different shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 support. You will assist with software installation, hardware modification, and problem resolution, while also delivering remote onboarding to new users. Strong English communication skills and prior troubleshooting experience are preferred.

• Provide technical support assistance to clients through phone, email or live chat, and retain ownership of problems through to resolution.
• Deliver remote onboarding to new users, and help validate new software features, including getting hands-on with the technology out in the field.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the global support team and engineering department to investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer issues.
• We are looking for a talented and proactive Product Support Technician who can support the rapidly growing customer base of our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• (Preferred) Prior troubleshooting experience with PC based systems preferred
• Experience with support ticketing platforms; Salesforce and Zendesk preferred
• (Preferred) Great understanding of a range of sports including the challenges that athletes and coaches face
• 1-2 years of technical support experience is desirable, and a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
• Ability to work extended hours and on weekends
• Associated degree in Computer Science, IT, sports science or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and see tasks through to completion
