Vice President of Forward Deployed Lead

Join Galaxy, a leading company in the blockchain and AI space. As the Vice President of Forward Deployed Lead, you will be the CEO of your pod, owning product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth. You will work closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders and lead client and executive relationships. This hybrid role requires a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with a commercial instinct to grow accounts. You will also rotate into R&D and Innovation, leading product creation on frontier blockchain and AI.

• Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
• Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
• Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
• Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
• Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
• Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
• Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
• Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
