Private Credit & Digital Asset Lending Associate

Join Galaxy's growing lending platform as a Private Credit & Digital Asset Lending Associate. In this role, you will support origination and execution across a broad range of lending products, including digital asset-collateralized warehouse facilities, receivables finance, and acquisition financing. You will play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, developing collateral and structural frameworks, and managing negotiation priorities. Additionally, you will support the credit approval process, conduct diligence on counterparties and collateral, and partner with various teams to support the firm's lending strategy.

• Support origination and structuring across a broad product set, including digital asset-collateralized warehouse facilities and acquisition financing.
• Help develop the collateral, perfection, and structural frameworks that protect the firm across various deal types and jurisdictions.
• Contribute to credit enhancement, risk-sharing, and closing mechanics appropriate to each transaction, and support negotiation of transaction documents.
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with comfort preparing materials for senior stakeholders and risk committees
• Genuine interest in digital assets; direct experience in crypto-collateralized lending or payments/settlement finance a plus
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting negotiations with outside counsel on complex transaction documents
• Working knowledge of secured lending structures and collateral protection frameworks; exposure to acquisition finance or event-driven credit (bridge loans, take-private financing) a plus
• 3+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or acquisition/leveraged finance, with direct exposure to transaction execution from origination through close
