Community Growth Specialist

Join Favor, a leading on-demand delivery service, as a Community Growth Specialist. In this role, you will drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events. You will engage directly with potential customers, educate them on Favor's services, and execute localized strategies to grow our customer base. • Conduire la sensibilisation à la marque et générer de nouveaux clients par le biais de partenariats communautaires et d'événements locaux.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de direction des ventes et du marketing pour exécuter des stratégies localisées qui augmentent notre clientèle.
• Exécuter des activations de marketing communautaire énergiques, des événements pop-up et des campagnes d'acquisition de clients ciblées.
• Ability to build lasting relationships
• Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification and/or work experience
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate via phone and email (both internally and externally) and experience creating and facilitating presentations. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and remain on your feet for extended periods
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred
• You are an extroverted communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building community connections
• You persevere in the face of challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
• You are self aware and extremely self-motivated
