People Business Partner

Join Favor, a fast-growing delivery service, as a People Business Partner. In this strategic role, you will support all people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and engagement programming. You will work closely with Favor's management team and team members to drive business results and enhance the overall team member experience.

• Act as a strategic advisor and coach to assigned business leaders, VPs, and managers on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Translate business strategy and priorities into a tangible People strategy, leading organizational design and restructuring efforts for within assigned departments.
• Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational health, anticipate people issues, and develop proactive solutions that drive business results.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification, and/or work experience
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
• You excel at relationship-building and stakeholder managemen
• Working knowledge of compensation strategy, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, employment law, and DEIB
• You have exemplary organizational skills, time management skills, and pay attention to detail
• You have an excellent grasp of human resource management techniques
• Demonstrated experience working with varying levels of leadership
• Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and key performance indicators and use them to drive business results
• You have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• 4+ years of experience in human resources
