Commercial Counsel (GTM)

Join our legal team as a Commercial Counsel, GTM, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI technology. You'll support our Go-to-Market teams, handle enterprise agreements and customer negotiations, and gain exposure to a range of commercial work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop deep expertise in commercial transactions while contributing directly to responsible AI development.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions including enterprise customer contracts.
• Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance.
• Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements.
• At least 3-5 years of legal experience, with exposure to commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
• A "doer" attitude—willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed
• Clear communication skills and comfort translating legal concepts for non-lawyer audiences
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations
• Curiosity about AI technology, AI Policy, and commitment to responsible AI development
• A low-ego, collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external partners
• A JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
