Engineering Manager (Enterprise)

Join Anthropic, an AI safety and research company, as an Engineering Manager for our Enterprise pillar. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to build the foundational systems required for large organizations to deploy AI at scale. You will partner closely with product, design, sales, and customer success to understand the needs of our largest customers and translate those requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will also drive compliance and platform-readiness work, recruit and grow strong engineers, and shape the roadmap with product and design.

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to build features and foundations that make Claude enterprise-ready at scale.
• Partner closely with product, design, sales, and customer success to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Own engineering execution end-to-end, including planning, prioritization, delivery quality, team health, and incident response.
• Are comfortable executing at a fast pace to meet the expectations of our customers
• Are comfortable working with enterprise customers, working alongside sales and customer success and joining customer conversations
• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager, with experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, or admin tools
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused - our customers are using Claude for critical workflows and our product needs to stay robust and reliable
• Are a skilled engineering manager who treats management as a craft—clear feedback, strong 1:1s, consistent investment in your team's growth
• Startup experience, particularly in scaling enterprise platforms from early adoption to broad deployment
• Experience with AI/ML products and understanding how enterprises evaluate and deploy AI tools
• Experience in working with research to improve domain specific model capabilities
