Frontier Red Team Lead (Cyber)

Join Anthropic, a leading AI safety and research company, as the Frontier Red Team Lead (Cyber). In this role, you will oversee all mission-driven research on defending the world in an era of advanced cybersecurity capabilities. You will lead a world-class research team, design an AGI cybersecurity research program, and work with other teams to address their biggest opportunities and challenges. You will also develop a strategy to publish and share research with the world for maximum impact and proactively identify critical strategic decisions for the company.

• Oversight of Anthropic's mission-driven research on defending against advanced cybersecurity threats.
• Leading a world-class research team to produce frontier research on cybersecurity and build and deploy defenses.
• Developing and communicating a compelling vision for a more secure future in cybersecurity to various stakeholders.
• Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
