About The Role

Join Anthropic, an AI safety and research company, as a Product Partnerships specialist. In this role, you will support Anthropic's product partnership strategy across various security sectors, collaborate with internal teams, and drive strategic partnerships. You will also serve as the internal voice on security partnerships, prioritize the ecosystem, navigate complex organizations, enable integrations, and coordinate cross-functionally. The position offers comprehensive benefits, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

  • Collaborate with category leaders to stand up scaled partner programs and cultivate a managed community of security startups.
  • Research, source, structure, and close strategic collaborations across the security ecosystem, working closely with internal teams.
  • Serve as Anthropic's internal voice on security partnerships, helping research, product, and leadership understand the landscape.
  • Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML — enough to engage credibly with CISOs, security architects, and product leaders
  • Fluency in the regulatory and compliance environment that shapes enterprise security buying (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, sectoral regs)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfort working with technical research and product teams and translating across business, engineering, and policy
  • Entrepreneurial operating style
  • Minimum 10 years of experience inside the security industry — partnerships, BD, alliances, product partnerships, or comparable. This is the single most important requirement. We need someone who can operate independently in the security ecosystem from day one, not learn it on the job
  • Deep ecosystem familiarity across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups
  • Track record landing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships — integration deals, ecosystem programs, or major vendor partnerships in security specifically
  • Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security
  • An existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and the AI-native security startup cohort
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed
