About The Role

Join Addepar as a Data Migration Specialist, where you will be responsible for integrating clients' portfolio data into our platform and consulting on complex data challenges. You will lead data conversion projects, improve internal processes, and collaborate with various teams. Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions, and lead data conversion projects to ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar.
Prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line, while identifying and driving opportunities to improve current processes and tools.
Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative and professional manner, and collaborate with internal Services, Sales, Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Solution-oriented mentality and passion for problem solving
Experience with financial products and securities modeling
Independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 2+ years experience working in technology, finance, or consulting
Strong work ethic, proactive and a high contributing teammate
Proficient in Python programming language
Highly organised, close attention to detail and driven to make processes more efficient
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
