Implementation Project Manager

Join Addepar, a leading enterprise SaaS company, as an Implementation Project Manager. In this strategic and highly visible role, you will be responsible for the implementation of Addepar's Enterprise & Strategic clients, driving project execution and building our international implementation processes. You will partner with various internal and external teams, including Sales, Client Success, Solutions Architecture, and C-suites. This position offers a competitive salary, equity, flexible time off, and a dynamic team environment. - Lead project teams and manage the entire project lifecycle, from sales support to project closure. - Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external executive sponsors, key customers, and project team members. - Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into a detailed project plan, and manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources. - Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment - PMP preferred - Proven leadership ability (management not required) - Independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience with waterfall & agile required - Some travel required - Understanding of project commercials including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing - [Bonus] Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, , Jira, Confluence - Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills - Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations - Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting preferred - High-level familiarity with framework/operating models/goals of EMEA-based Wealth Management & Investment Advisory firms a plus - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of project management experience - [Bonus] Previous experience in investment management software implementations - Prior external client-facing experience required
