Performance Marketing Manager (SFOs)

Join Addepar, a leading financial technology company, as a Performance Marketing Manager focused on Single Family Offices (SFOs). In this role, you will drive growth and pipeline success through data-driven performance marketing strategies and targeted acquisition campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns using data, execute high-touch marketing initiatives, and serve as the subject matter expert on the SFO segment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B performance marketing, experience in the wealth management or financial technology industries, and a proven track record of developing a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.

• Conduire la génération de la demande et la croissance du pipeline pour le segment des bureaux familiaux uniques (SFO) en élaborant et en exécutant des stratégies marketing complètes.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de marketing produit et de contenu pour aligner le message et la stratégie de contenu.

• Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs
• Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with internal sales collaborators and external stakeholders
