Staff Backend Software Engineer (Platform Integration)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement client onboarding solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead individual projects, taking ownership of technical solutions, architecture design, coding, and implementation.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment
• Experience building data systems using AWS is a plus
• Experience with data processing and analysis using PySpark or similar frameworks is a plus
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably with Python and/or Java
• A strong ownership mentality and strong communication skills. You enjoy taking ideas from inception through to production
• Robust analytical and problem solving skills
