Staff Security Engineer

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to architect, build, and deploy scalable security solutions, identify gaps in the current security posture, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. • Conduire des initiatives de sécurité en dirigeant et en exécutant des améliorations de sécurité complexes au sein de l'infrastructure, des applications et de l'environnement d'entreprise de l'organisation.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie et de produit pour architecturer, construire et déployer des solutions de sécurité évolutives et résilientes.
• Identifier les lacunes dans la posture de sécurité actuelle, concevoir des plans de remédiation et les exécuter systématiquement jusqu'à leur maturité.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment
• Project Leadership: Proven track record of taking vague security problems, turning them into structured project plans, and executing them to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Curious, always learning and deeply interested in Information Security
• Experience: 6+ years of dedicated experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, data security or cloud security roles
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners
• Attention to details and analytical skills
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Experience or knowledge with the following technologies and competencies:
• Data Security including Data Loss Prevention and Data Security Posture Management Tools
• Zero Trust Access Solutions
• AI including how to secure AI and leverage AI to assist with security needs
• Identity based solutions; especially familiarity with Non-Human Identity Platforms
