About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Test Automation & Infrastructure. In this role, you will develop and scale automated test systems for complex RF and satellite communications payloads. You will work at the intersection of software development and hardware test engineering, building robust automation frameworks and infrastructure to ensure reliable system validation. Your contributions will improve product quality, accelerate development cycles, and enable seamless integration across hardware and software systems.

  • Develop and scale automated test systems supporting the validation of complex RF and satellite communications payloads.
  • Build robust automation frameworks and infrastructure that ensure reliable, repeatable system validation.
  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams to ensure system testability and support integration of new components into existing test environments.
  • Strong experience in test automation framework and infrastructure development
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, automated test frameworks
  • Hardware/software integration and system-level testing expertise
  • Proven debugging and root cause analysis skills across integrated systems
  • Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or similar
  • Experience developing software that interfaces with hardware systems or laboratory instrumentation
  • Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with electronic test equipment
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Instrumentation control and data acquisition knowledge
  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or related roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
  • Ability to design scalable systems and think architecturally
