Associate Marketing Operations/Automation Manager

• End-to-end execution of global campaigns, ensuring scalable, repeatable program delivery across various channels.
• Execution of the email development pipeline for all campaigns through the Marketing Automation Platform, including building, QA, deploying, and localizing.
• Building and maintaining campaign infrastructure, including workflows, templates, and processes that enable scale and consistency.
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent cross-functional coordination, and a passion for the email channel
• 3+ years of marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations experience (Marketo marketing automation platform preferred)
• Curiosity about automation and AI tooling, with an eagerness to upskill into Clay, n8n, and LLM-assisted workflows
• Strong analytical ability, an evidence-driven approach to measuring/improving the email channel, and a willingness to ask new questions
• Pragmatism around localization, regional differences, and the operational reality of multi-language sends
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with GDPR and email compliance requirements preferred
• Experience supporting Product Marketing, Product, and event teams on tight cycles
• Hands-on execution depth in a major marketing automation platform, including segmentation, smart campaigns, dynamic content, and deliverability mechanics
