Senior Product Manager (Flex Pay)

• Lead product development for Upgrade's Flex Pay business by enhancing partner satisfaction and customer experience.
• Focus on expanding and deepening Flex Pay's integration with various merchant partners and intermediaries.
• Independently drive and ideate on new roadmap items, showcasing creativity and innovation with a high level of trust from the management team.
• Expertise in product development ideally a combination of complex third party APIs, integration, web analytics, A/B testing, and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, ensuring alignment and effectively resolving conflicts across organizational stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude or Gemini. Experience using these tools to perform analysis, generate specifications, build prototypes, and conduct data analysis
• A history of successful product delivery particularly in consumer-facing platforms and innovative fintech space. Experience in the travel industry is helpful but not required
• 5+ years of product management experience focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and user value
