Program Manager Vice President

As the VP, Program Manager, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, coordinate planning and execution across multiple workstreams and teams, and drive strategic initiatives impacting the entire organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, manage dependencies, establish program governance, and ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence.

• Coordination of planning and execution across multiple workstreams and teams, serving as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and stakeholders.
• Ownership of multiple major strategic programs simultaneously, ensuring organizational alignment, predictable delivery, and operational excellence.
• Management of program governance, frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, and predictable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycle, wallets and custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off ramp, identity and compliance integrations, APIs etc
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
• 10+ years of experience in dedicated program management role leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies and risks, driving alignment across multiple teams and organizational levels
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation through execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legals, Ops etc
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to establish governance, improve delivery process, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
