Sales Enablement Manager

Join Zero Hash as a Sales Enablement Manager, where you'll equip our Revenue Organization with the tools, content, training, and processes needed to effectively sell our infrastructure to prospective partners and manage our existing customer base. You'll work closely with various teams to translate complex financial infrastructure into clear narratives, build and maintain sales playbooks, design and deliver training programs, and analyze sales data to identify enablement gaps. • Construire et maintenir des playbooks de vente, des présentations, des cartes de bataille concurrentielles et des guides de gestion des objections adaptés à l'audience partenaire.
• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related roles, ideally at a B2B fintech, payments, crypto or infrastructure company
• Experience enabling sales and relationship management teams that sell to regulated or institutional buyers (banks, brokerages, payment companies)
• Strong project management skills and comfort working across the RevOrg,Product, Marketing, and Compliance stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill technical/regulatory complexity into clear sales narratives
• Nice to have: familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure
