Marketing Leader

Join Allium, a leading data infrastructure company in the Web3 space, as our first Head of Marketing. In this role, you will build and own the marketing function from scratch, defining our narrative across various segments and driving demand generation. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with GTM leadership. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand and positioning of Allium in the market.

• Diseñar y ejecutar campañas multicanal que generen un pipeline calificado, trabajando en colaboración con los equipos de ventas.
• Construir la presencia de Allium en el ecosistema de desarrolladores, participando en hackatones, mejorando la calidad de la documentación de la API y estableciendo asociaciones en el ecosistema.
• Demonstrated experience building marketing from early stage — you’ve done this before without a large team or big budget
• Strong written communication — you write well and can translate technical complexity into compelling narratives
• Experience marketing to both technical (developer/engineering) and institutional (TradFi, compliance, government) audiences
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools
• Track record of tight collaboration with sales/GTM teams, not operating in a silo

Preferred

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time at a developer-facing infrastructure, data, or fintech company
• Deep understanding of the Web3/blockchain ecosystem — you can hold your own in conversations about L2s, on-chain analytics, DeFi, and institutional crypto adoption
• Data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and cut what doesn’t
• Background building developer relations or technical content programs
