About The Role

Join adMarketplace as a Senior Director or Director of Publisher Growth, where you will drive revenue growth with existing partners, manage and mentor a team, and leverage data to identify growth opportunities. You will also lead commercial contract renewals, coordinate with demand-side teams, and represent adMarketplace in the market as an industry expert.

  • Foster and grow relationships with adMarketplace's publisher supply partners, driving revenue growth through upselling and negotiating new placements.
  • Oversee a team of account managers and TAMs, managing their prioritization, career development, and expectation setting to ensure the growth and success of publisher partnerships.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and lead commercial contract renewals with enterprise partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years of account management, business development, or other client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong consultative sales and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency in Google-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and adtech landscape, including publisher monetization models, marketplace dynamics, and media value creation
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with AI publishers and AI-powered integrations is a plus
  • Experience managing and growing monetization partnerships across the digital advertising ecosystem, with exposure to performance-based commercial models including CPC and CPM
  • Solid understanding of Media Math and basic advertising metrics
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Expertise in data analysis, revenue projections, and opportunity assessment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
