About The Role

Join adMarketplace as a Technical Account Manager, where you will be the primary technical point of contact for assigned publisher accounts. You will lead end-to-end integrations, define and validate endpoint logic, and partner cross-functionally with various teams. You will also own technical operations for assigned accounts, monitor integration health, and lead technical troubleshooting and escalations. Additionally, you will configure and optimize publisher reporting solutions, develop integration documentation, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Experience managing technical integrations and supporting external customers or partners

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency with SQL and data analysis
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Integration Consulting, Customer Success Engineering, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing technical role within digital advertising or ad tech
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and web technologies
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and XML
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
