Associate Product Manager

Join our team as an Associate Product Manager, where you'll collaborate with Product Managers to solve problems, facilitate communication, and shape our products. You'll gather and analyze data, ideate new solutions, and help facilitate communication within cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with Product Managers to solve problems and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and apply quantitative and qualitative data and feedback to elevate products.
• Help facilitate communication within cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch day and beyond.
• Experience in the development and launch of a product or feature
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or practical experience in the development and/or launch of a product
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills: you are an essential part of our communication as you harmonise the voices, needs, and concerns of our stakeholders, product team, and clients
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, a similar related field or equivalent practical experience
• Thrive under pressure
• The ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly
• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Demonstrated skill in UX design, software engineering, software quality assurance or marketing
• Experience working with a remote team
• Experience working in the legal services industry
• Experience working both autonomously and in cross-functional teams
