Special Project Lead (Screen)

Join Screen, a rapidly growing AI screening company, as a Special Project Lead. In this role, you will work directly with prospects and customers to help them effectively use AI screening in hiring situations. You will also share market insights to influence product development and build close partnerships with the Product and Engineering teams. • Collaborate with prospects and customers to effectively utilize AI screening in hiring situations, providing market insights to influence product development.
• Partner with Account Executives on high-impact opportunities, leading implementation and ongoing adoption for enterprise customers.
• Identify workflow gaps and operational breakdowns early, driving strong pilot outcomes and conversion rates.
